ashame hate when people do that.
i had a guy coming to see my old car the other week said he would be their 9 on a sat morn so got up and he never showed up was not impressed.
well i had to forget the scoob dream till next year cos could not afford the fuel or insurance. so i bought a VR6 to run about in 150 miles to £50 scoob would have been better but the vr is worth it for the noise alone and it does over *50mph!!!

If the car doesn't sell, then you don't pay any more.
However, if you get your price for it (i think it's £5,000 ??) then you pay a final value fee. For £5000 it works out at about £97.00. That, plus your £2.00 insertion fee is just short of a hundred quid.
If your going to do it, remember to set a reserve price - you don't want someone bidding £2000 and winning it at that, coz you'd (probably) be legally obliged to sell it to them for that!!
Good luck

In fact, just noticed, my previous post is a lot of crap.
eBay motors listing fees are different that normal eBay listings.
See here http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/motorfees.html for the fees for selling a motor.
£6 insertion fee, then £30 final valuation fee (if the car sells) for £4K and above is £30.00
So, if it sells, you owe eBay £36.00
Thats better
