Default E30 M3 Track Machine

Ok ok ... I confess I advertised this car in the Spring but despite interest withdrew her from sale to have one last summer of fun. Sadly work killed that plan and all I've done is but some more bits for her, drive one evening at Brands Hatch and take a trip to Cornwall. This time the car must sell... if you want a fully sorted, road legal and depreciation free car that will embarrass far pricier equiptment around a circuit then call me.

Imported by me in 2002, previous owner a BMW technician in Germany

1991, 80,000 Miles, Immaculate bodywork, 248bhp reliable engine (last Dyno December 2005)

This car is my weekend toy, used approximately once per month with an oil change approximately every 1000 miles and/or a full service before every track day. Maintenance has been carried out entirely by Bexley Motorsport who are recognised as leading E30 M3 specialists and will happily confirm the specification and condition of this car.

Specification:

2.3 Ltr EVO II Engine
Schrick Motorsport Cams
Carbon Intake
Group N Exhaust
MBE wideband Engine Management (No inefficient AFM or unreliable distributor anymore)
Mapped at a reliable 248bhp in December 2004, Remapped in April 2005 following full engine service (still 248bhp)
Rose Jointed Solid, Short Shift Gear Linkage to Getrag Box
Braided Clutch Hose
New Radiator fitted less than 2000 kms ago

Fully Braided Brake hoses
Fully rebuilt and re-conditioned front and rear calipers, custom solid caliper pin bushes eliminating caliper flex and helping braking performance and modulation
Ferodo DS3000 Track Pads
New BMW discs fitted in March 2005

Fully Polybushed
Leda Adjustable 2-way Coilovers, 1200 Front, 800 Rear Springs
K-mac Camber and castor Adjustable Top Mounts
Front and rear Strut Braces
Safety Devices Rear Cage section, with harness bars
Petrol Tank Breathing modified to fit rear suspension correctly.
Powder/ Heat resistant Coated 15" wheels shod with Yokohama AO48 track rubber

Interior stripped and painted in matching white
Cobra Evo Seats and brackets professionally fitted
5 Point, 3 inch, Black Luke Harnesses, FIA Approved and valid date
Momo Steering Wheel and Boss
Short shift Gear Setup
Additional VDO oil pressure and temperature gauges
AFM/Lambda Monitor
Carbon front and rear panels

Electric Windows and Sunroof Retained
Carbon sunroof (not fitted but ordered and paid for - on route from the USA)

Full EVO II fron Spoiler assembly with undertray and complete Brake ducting (Genuine BMW)
Rear Spoiler with adjustable Gurney Flap (Genuine BMW)
Carbon DTM mirrors

This car has a full documented history and I have all receipts since I have owned this car. The parts alone for this car would cost over 9k not to mention labour and the time rquired to source everything.

Road legal but not for doing the shopping in, very competent track machine which (in the hands of the right driver) is only bettered by the quickest Caterhams and Westfields etc. The performance through the corners is awesome and I've only managed to find the limits of my nerve and not the grip of this car.

This car is offered for sale as I have my eyes on a Porsche. I don't have the space or the time for two cars and would like to sell this to an enthusiast rather than put her in long term storage. Given the parts on this car, someone with the space and the time could strip this car of the goodies and turn a profit.

Price - 11500 or make me a sensible offer. I have no interest in a PX thanks.

If you would like to know anything about the car please feel free to call me.

Over the Summer I have had all the fluids changed, new brake discs, a remap (as I wasn't 100% happy with the last), a carbon front splitter and extra set of wheels (15" satin black, brand new powder coating and NEW Yoko's)

What more could you want.
