Red face MY99/00 MAF Sensor

After all kinds of problems with lumpy tickover and hesitation etc over the last 2 weeks I was advised by most people to change the MAF sensor. As I had the same symptoms 2 years ago when I first bought the car which was a MAF failure, I bought a new one yesterday for £92. However on fitting it there was no difference to the engine condition. I then checked the paper air filter which should have been changed a the last service and it was completely clogged . Put in new filter and the car now runs as smooth as ever. I therefore have one spare MY99/00 Maf sensor going spare - 2 years old, and only 14000 miles (I have the origional receipt).

Make me a sensible offer and its yours.
