Toyota MR2 GT T-Bar Turbo For Sale
Unfortunately the time has come to sell my beloved MR2 GT T-Bar Turbo 1992 (J reg - Rev 2).
I have owned it for the last 2 years and it has been a fantastic reliable car.
Please find below the specification:
-Colour: Gleaming Black
-Tax: December 2005
-MOT: January 2006
-Miles: 117,000 KILOMETRES (About 70,000 miles)
-T-Bar Roof
-Electric folding mirrors, Electric Windows, Remote Central Locking, Lumbar Support, Power Steering, Usual GT refinements
-Leather/alcantara seats
-Climate control
-Body colour coded front lip/spoiler
-Samco 7 Piece Red Coolant Hoses
-Clear front indicators – cost £70
-Clifford Concept 300 Cat 1 Alarm & Immobiliser
-Mongoose Stainless Steel Twin Exit Exhaust
-Grainger Valve & Boost gauge. Boost set at 14psi
-New front tyres
-Thermostat & Temp Sender just been replaced & Coolant Changed
-Oil Changed every 6 months
-No expense has been spared on my beautiful car.
The car has brand new T-Bar roof and door seals fitted by Toyota as the old ones had perished- these seals cost me £550.
Cam Belt was replaced by previous owner which from what I can remember was about 5000 miles ago – but I have previous MOT certificates etc to check.
I have lots of receipts since the car was imported in 2001 - 1 former owner in the UK who also owned it for 2 years.
I am selling the car as I am buying my first house, and the car is just not spacious enough for my needs now.
The car is in very good condition is beautiful, and the paintwork absolutely gleams.
The GT T-Bar Turbo is the top of the range model and is very sought after so be quick! Standard BHP is 220 but I would estimate this to be a sensible 260BHP.
The asking price is £4500 ono.
