I have not done this mod but the STi 3 is a 97 with non slant intercooler.
I am sure it will be possible but may involve a little bit of work.
You need to look and see if there will be an improved performance from the STi top mount. On a 93-96 WRX I know there would be but they have slanted top mounts.

Prodrive WRC headers need a welding repair. £125 as is or £175 repaired.
WRC headers will not fit a standard road car.

Any pics please Harvey? Very interested. I know they won't fit a standard road car as sump clearance issues plus more.

Where is the crack etc?
