How much is an P1 Engine and Gearbox worth???
Hello all
Im new here and im generally new to the world of Scooby's aswell.
About 6 months ago i bought my first scooby when i traded in my Saph Cosworth. Iv never really had much of a chance to drive it as i work away from home most of the time.
Unfortunatly my dick of brother thought it could do with a nice run as it hadnt been moved for a few weeks. He took it out of the garage, made it to the bottom of the road and then wrapped it around a lampost making it a write off within seconds.
So what i want to know is what the current sort of asking price for an P1 engine and gearbox is?
Both engine and gearbox were as strong as ****, and i never had any trouble with the car at all.

As this is heart breaking enough for me as it is, im selling the engine as a COMPLETE unit, so nothing will be removed from it. I just want it all gone in 1 go rather than bits and bobs.
That mean ALL the ancilliries will stay with it, the Turbo will still be with it, the Radiator will be with it, the Intercooler will still be with it. Basically put, EVERYTHING you need to make that engine run.
Quite frankly id rather see my brother be taken to bits at this minute rather than the car. 
So whilst i appreciate people making offers, i would also appreciate people not making silly offers please.
