Default *** Silver 2000X UK spec turbo 4d AC 60000 miles £6500 (+mods?) ***

As title, any interest in this car for sale, if so in what spec?

60000 miles, 5 years old 2000X MY00 Turbo, Royal Silver, service history from dealer and specialist. Subaru floor mats, Subaru side rubbing strips. Average for stone chips, small scratches and a few small dents, nothing dramatic and no rust, but the original paintwork is untouched on every panel. AP 4 pot front brakes with recent discs and pads, recent rear pads, braided brake lines. Whiteline anti-lift kit, front strut brace, rear strut brace, droplinks, rear antiroll bar. Infinity 605CS front component speakers, Kenwood CD headunit, Kenwood 848 4 channel amplifier.

Car could be made available in above spec for about £6500.

Alternatively, it could also be fitted with any or all of the following to your choices for the addition of a reasonable second hand value - ie half - of the parts listed (I'm not selling the whole thing for a few thousand over the spec listed above as I'd get far more stripping it and selling all the mods). It would save you and me a lot of time if some of these were bought with the car of course...

P1 suspension (£500 new) with 17" OZ Superleg wheels (could benefit from refresh) with 215/45R17 virtually new Goodyear GSD3 extra load ZR rated tyres (£750 new)

2.5 litre engine with new Cometic headgaskets and ported P1 cylinder heads, with 740cc injectors, Walbro pump, SX regulator, parallel fuel rails, inlet manifold on spacers, Apexi Power FC and AVC-R, wideband AFR, knocklink, boost gauge, SPA dual oil pres/temp, SPA dual fuel pres/air temp in 3 gauge pod (£5000 new)

Six speed STI UK gearbox with recent over the top refresh and rebuild by a builder the main dealers use with new selectors and synchros, with STI short shift, Momo gearknob, appropriate propshaft, Suretrac front diff etc),

RCMS lightened flywheel and AP 240mm organic clutch (total cost of this drivetrain setup £5000)

GT30R-12 rotated turbo kit with HKS headers, custom uppipe with Tial external wastegate, custom downpipe and your choice of 1 or 3 resonators (in addition to the one in the backbox) in the 3" Jetex/Revolution exhaust system, with large bell mouth K&N induction from wing to 4" turbo inlet pipe with speed density conversion, APS FMIC (£4000 new)

In the above spec it would be capable of mid-high 400s BHP and over 400 lbft, but I think it would be better with a more sane turbo eg 20G, running about 400 BHP and 400 lbft as the headgaskets will otherwise need doing every year from my experience.

This is just a skeleton of an idea, let me know any serious interest and what sort of spec you're interested in... otherwise soon the car will be getting stripped and sold to standard or near standard spec. It is taxed for about 11 months, needs an MOT for which it will need cats, so I do think a conventional position turbo with a catted exhaust would work quite well for this.
