Unhappy NOW SOLD..!! 55 Plate, Impreza WRX saloon, in WR Blue

This has got to be the saddest day of my life..
I am having sell my 2.5 month old WRX as I am having to move house and need some money for the deposit..
So here goes...
It is a 55 Plate Impreza WRX, in WR mica Blue, Obviously absolutely mint condition with the age of it.
2800 miles, had its 1st Service at 1000 miles at RN Golden Subaru near Huddersfield.
Remainder of the 3 Year Subaru Warranty
Comes with Miltek Stainless exhaust (middle de-cat pipe and Backbox), sounds absolutly awsome - I do have the original as well.
Green cotton Hi Flow air filter (about 3 weeks old) same again have the original as well.
The car is fitted with ProDrive WRC mudflaps in matching Blue.
Also fitted is an Ipod/MP3 adapter to enable you to listen through the Headunit.
The car has a Thatcham Cat 1 Alarm and immobiliser fitted and also an RAC tracstar Tracker.
So come on guys, grab yourself a bargain and save yourself a mint on new.

Looking for £14500 ovno for quick sale

you can contact me on 01924 278476 or mobile 07706 250811
or if you have any questions email me on djewson@tiscali.co.uk
by the way I am based in yorkshire..

thanks....Dean

offer it back to a dealer at that price, they might pull your arm off.

sorry man, you must be gutted. selling the WRX must be a last resort

doesn't that invalidate the warranty?

without sounding silly, Depends on how you look at it.
ALL SUBARU'S ARE IMPORTED FROM SOMEWHERE, THEY DON'T MAKE THEM IN THIS COUNTRY...
It is a Full UK spec car, which is the same as any car from within the EU (UK included).
The only difference is that it was brought over here from Cyprus by an independant dealer rather than Subaru UK.
That said however it has full Subaru UK warranty backup, it doesn't have to be declared as an import for insurance purposes because in effect it isn't it is the same as the ones you buy from any Subaru Dealer in the UK, I just didn't pay £21,000 to them for it..
I was sceptical myself but was more than re-assured by a lot of independant Dealerships selling these cars that there really is no need to pay the £4000 premium for buying what IS exactly the same Car.
The only differences is I had to have a Cat 1 Alarm fitted and put some Locking Wheel nuts on... ("that will be an extra £4000 please" says Mr Subaru UK).
The 2nd service does come slightly earlier on the "imported from the EU" cars. this is done at 5000 miles and then every 10,000 after that.
I have had my car serviced (1000 mile service) with my local Subaru Dealer (RN Golden - Lepton, Nr Huddersfield) and I would suggest that even they couldn't tell the difference as they stuck a sticker on the windscreen stating that the next service is due at 10,000 miles or 1 year (the same as a Subaru UK Imported car) I asked them about this and they said they didn't realise it wasn't a Subaru UK car but it did have to have the next one at 5000 miles to maintain the Warranty.
This is just to keep within the Guidelines of the service manual that came with the car.

Hope this helps...
I know a lot of people would rather buy from Subaru UK, for piece of mind, but there really is no need to.
I have full Subaru UK backup should anything ever go wrong, the same as any car bought from a UK Subaru Dealer.
The car is registered with Subaru Worldwide to enforce this warranty.

Go on treat yourself you won't be dissapointed...
Dean

I wouldn't have thought so, what happens if your exhaust goes on any car do you take it to the Dealer for anew one fitted or do you go to the numerous other Exhaust places around.
That said however I do still have the original just in case, easy 15min to swap over.
When I had my car serviced (1000 mile) with Subaru Dealer it had the exhaust on then and nothing was said..
