Single shot JVC CD/MP3 Player.... great little unit 24 hrs old

I bought this last week and fitted it in the car on Wednesday lunchtime.... then on Thursday something else cropped up that I had been looking for and given up on finding and I decided to buy it anyway and re-sell this one.
So basically brand new... 24 hrs in the car played half a CD and did not even tune the radio in.

I'm still considering it Si but can't make up my mind whether I want the hassle of fitting it (wiring, blanking plate, etc) - escpecially now the car's playing up.

I'm in a "sell the car and by something more sensible", "should never have bought it in the first place" mood...........

Richie, It would drop in in 2 minutes and all you need is a forester tray to slip under it to make it a single din socket... about £12 from the dealer I think.

Don't worry about the car you'll sort it, they do take a little settling down when you start adjusting things

rich i bought a kenwood from si its top notch i fitted it on sat its not a hard job to do iv just got to get my new back speakers from simb (HINT)and wire them up i might even get an amp to get a bit more quiality sound.ive just found out you can get the trays from keith price for 13 squid so thats the job done and better sound all round.dont get down rich we all go through rough patches with are cars just look at matt and wide they both said sod it got rid and now a few months on there both back on the rollercoster.this is a sh*t time of year as well everyone feels down there no shows and were all spending too much money.

Brilliant and yes we can fix it in...... you can get the small compartment from main dealer they are cheap enough
