For Sale:Subaru Impreza WRX FIA LIMITED EDITION to celebrate Subaru’s win of the 1995 World Rally Championship, 1st registered on the 31ST June 1996, 6 months tax 12 months MOT, only 141000 kms/87000 Warranted miles ( Mileage certificate present), fully serviced!!

This is a rare Limited Edition Scooby which features a special embroidered interior, special boot lid badge and is made of only the top spec WRX features of it’s time. The most important feature being the most powerful engine available in the WRX trim at an incredible 260BHP standard (52BHP more than the UK equivalent), Alicante suede trim, ABS, Nardi drivers pack option, rear privacy glass, C/L, PAS, electric adjusting and folding mirrors, air conditioning/ climate control, STI V2 gold alloy wheels.
The original tool kit is still in place, a truly top quality Japanese import. There are a few minor scratches in the usual places (e.g. around the drivers door handle) but none of them are deep and they should all polish out, time permitting I will give it a polish before the end of the auction.
The interior is genuinely outstanding and if you have looked at any Scooby’s you will know that there are plenty around that have been neglected, there are, NO burns, NO screw holes, NO stains etc. It even has a full set of genuine Subaru floor mats, which look very nice indeed and are in excellent nick. The only thing which lets the interior down is that plastic cover around the gear box has been painted black most likely to hide a more horrible colour which was underneath. I have tried my local scrapies but there was no joy, once again this is only a minor issue really.
There are no out of tune noises coming from the engine, transmission or anywhere. It's in perfect condition. The car has just had a full service including oil and filters, Platinum spark plugs and the usual checks. The cam belt has been changed in Japan not so long ago so I didn’t deem it as necessary to replace, you can always have it done in the future if you want…….
This car needs no SVA, registration or anything. It’s registered, taxed, MOT’d, and the V5 logbook is present. Ready to drive.
I am happy to meet you at local train/bus stations free of charge.
