Default MY03 STi, TSL333, Spec R show car.

The time has come for me to sell my beloved STi

It is a one owner car purchased by me from David Hendry cars in Malmesbury in April 2003.

It has been fully serviced by David Hendry and Power Engineering in Uxbridge. It has also been given intermediate oil changes The car has now covered just 28,000 miles.

It has been modded by TSL in Nottingham to their TSL333 spec. The mod included an uprated fuel pump and full SAFE remap by WRC technician Richard Bulmer. Anyone who knows Richard knows how good he is and various magazine articals have specified just how good the TSL333 upgrade is compared to the likes of PPP.

The car has been rolling road tested and on a warm day it achieved 329bhp. I have the dyno reading to prove this.

The car was supplied from new with a Trust extreme full exhaust system which gives it a very distinct sound. Its great on acceleration but not loud when cruising.

The car was selected early in its life to be used as a show car for the prestigeous Spec R company. It now boasts around £1,000 worth of polished alluminium under bonnet tanks and covers. I travelled the country loads with the car taking it to various shows and it was always admired. Spec R would like this to continue, so if the new owner wants to be part of this and gain free entry to shows he could.

The car also boasts a set of black 19 inch team dynamic K2 alloys with 235/35/19 tyres. They were TSL supplied. A spare alloy 19 inch wheel is also included in the sale.

To complete the exterior look the car has a TSL fake roof vent, a set of TSL mupflaps and tinted windows.

Internally the car boasts a 6cd auto changer and prodrive gear ****.

Usual safety devices included.

The standard brake pads have been changed for expensive Pagid yellow ones. These are endurance race pads and perform very well also giving good longevity of life.

The car is free from car park dents and it is always garaged.

The personal plate S300B DO is also being supplied on the car.

I also have the original set of gold wheels shod with the excellent dunlop SP sport (race) tyres. These are NOT for sale with the car but can be negotiated on seperatley should the buyer wish.

Bad points - One of the front speakers is intermitant.
- The car has completed approx 20 laps of the Nurburgring and one 15 minute session on Castle combe. The car was always driven with mechanical sympathy in mind.

Please contact me by private mail should you have any questions or require more pics.

I have no desire to take silly offers on the car if it doesnt sell I will keep it. I also do not want negative comments about the price or the car thank-you.

The price is £15,800 ovno including everything except the original wheels

I was like you, lOOking forward to car hunting for something with character in the bargain section.

Bought the wifey a Mk3 Golf GTi for £750. Ended up spending £1400 on fixing and towing it around the country. Did 2000 miles over a year and sold it for £200.

You'll be back soon...

You're killing me here man, looking £50 less for a standard one, same year! Might have to revise that price a bit, methinks.
