Nice 'zorst and a good price, I paid £125 just for the back box 2nd hand nearly two years ago. I have one on my MY00 wagon so yes it will fit.
It gives a nice sound, quite a few people have commented on mine. Does get a bit boomey at speed with the rear seats down tho. I have a resonator in the centre box, magnex de-cat dp and ported OEM headers.
