Brand new , boxed with fitting kit and instructions (in Japanese 
)
These are very rare and very expensive . see here

A few places sell the copies .
I even had Scoobyworld ones on my '00 .
But ...
These are genuine STI ones - not replicas .

got these new once my friend has sold his black ones, mine all colour coded in WR blue and STi logo £85 + 3 delivery, cheap as chips
if these on here are genuine in black they are a very good buy
