2004 (04) Silver Skoda Fabia vRS+
Hi all
I'm selling my 2004 (04) Silver Skoda Fabia vRS.
I wondered whether there was anyone on here after a sensible (but quick) car?
B-Road thrash: 35-38mpg
Fast A-Road: 42-47mpg
Motorway Cruise: 57mpg
G-Tech Performance Meter has shown consistant 6.9s 0-60mph.
Awesome mid-range pull too, so effortless overtaking.
Car is well spec'd with factory Xenons, Cruise and a 3rd rear headrest.
I have added the following to the car to make it a much more focused drivers car (and it looks better too):
Custom Code OBD-II Remap (185bhp, 290lbft)
Green Cotton Air Filter and Seat Ibiza PD160 Air Intake
H&R Height Adjustable Coilovers
Audi TT Spec 312mm Discs, Pads, Calipers and Carriers
Seat Sport front upper Strut Brace
Intercooler Spray (10 second spray per operation)
Arch Liner Intercooler Vent
Professionally Tinted Windows (Llumar Film, 50% Sides, 30% Rear)
Debadged Rear
Side Rubbing Strips Removed
Aero Wipers front and rear
Lexus GX Roof Antenna
Optionally, I have 4x Porsche "Design 90" Alloy Wheels (6x16 front, 8x16 rear) with Toyo T1-R Tyres (with excellent tread) with FK 25mm 5x100 to 5x130 hubcentric adapters.
If you don't like these wheels, I have the standard 16" Alloys with Michelin and Kumho tyres (with reasonable tread). One of these OE wheels has minor kurbing.
The car is in very clean condition. I take my cars to most of the big VW shows throughout the year, so it's in show condition. I wouldn't dare show anything less!
The book price for a clean standard Fabia vRS of this age is £9550, not taking into account the Xenons and Cruise.
It has over 2k worth of performance modifications, which are pretty much neccessary to make the Fabia vRS more of a drivers car.
It has 28k genuine miles, FSH, the balance of the 3 year warranty left, the balance of the 3 year AA membership left and is Taxed till end of December 06.
As much as I love the car, I now have that itch for something different, so I'm offering this car for sale.
