12.2ft lbs, thats classed as a firearm aint it. Air rifles should be 12ft lbs max. But its like cars a little more power always comes in handy.

I would seriously consider getting the power of that turned down. It IS classed as a firearm and as such you would be facing a 5 year sentence for owning it unless it was on an FAC. Don't forget they check rifles with a 'range' of pellets of varying weight so it is possible to go over the limit with a heavy round such as a bisley magnum.
As you may have guessed, I do a bit (read: rather a lot) of shooting and keep my air rifles to 11.5 max, that way any variation in weight or pressure (I use PCP rifles) won't take me over.

Also, any info on the rifle would be handy. Who knows may want to increase my collection.... but don't tell the wife

I still own a few, but i have not used any of them for a while. From about 11 years old i have had one. The ones i have owned are, Bsa airsporter, Hw77, hw90, Air arm Jackal, Air arms tx200, Theoben countryman carbine. There will be others but i have forgot there names. I loved the hw77 and tx200, i stil have the Theoben.

i was a gunsmith for the first 10 years after leaving school.i worked for an english barrel maker called W J Pierce and sons.i was the main man for tuning the air guns.this was before hungerford and the huge clampdows in the gun laws.i also invented the tool for converting pump and auto shotguns to 3 shots.
myself and my chronograph had alot of work after hungerford.my fave weopon of choice was the falcon precharge in .20 calibre....
