Default MY01 Bugeye WRX

No rush to sell and open to offers around 7300.

If you want to know more drop me an email on w_orbit@hotmail.com.

2001 WRX (Y reg), 56000 miles with ~3000 on rebuilt engine.
  • Full STi interior including all seats, door cards and clocks (fitted when purchased)
  • STi suspension (red legs) taken 2002 STi @ 21,000 miles. Just fitted 08/08/06 and geometry set up.
  • Air Con. (recently regassed)
  • Pioneer dash mounted MP3/DVD with motorised 6.5inch screen and remote control (plays DVDR's movies, MP3 CDR's etc and has lots of inputs for Satnav, rear camera etc.
  • Tinted windows
  • Scoobysport decat centre and back box (No problems with MOT emmisions)
  • HKS SSQV dump valve just been fitted (original is there to go back on if you want).
  • K&N Panel filter fitted on rebuild.
  • Rear spoiler - (I didnt like the STI9 one so I've changed it for a much nicer one, so NOT the one in these pics).
  • Tax till end of May 2007.
  • MOT till May 2007 - passed with no problems/advisory notes.
  • Ecutek remapped at time of engine rebuild to a sensible ~260bhp by CotComp.
Run on Optimax by me and previous owner said the same.

Also have a silver forester pocket to go in and a virtually new Prodrive High Flow Cat downpipe which was my next project along with braided hoses and brakes, but unfortunately I'll have to leave that now !.

Couple of carpark dings but no paint broken, couple of scratches on interior trim.

Professional engine rebuild 3k ago to high standard.

Bought this off another Scoobynet member.

Went into CotComp subaru rally specialist (est 1988) for engine rebuild/remap and changed the heads for fully recon units. The heads had been prepared for a rally car being built but ended up surpless to requirements so I bought them. Valves reground, cam work and shims done. Fitted with competition gaskets and head studs ready for further modding.

Full list of parts replaced from invoice, as you can see we did this properly, replacing all the Cambelt Idlers, Cambelt and using APR solid non-stretch head stud kit.

The STi 9 one was from Revolution and to be honest was ****e quality, so I replaced it as it annoyed me.

I shall take some pics of new spoiler.

No service book, but all service and repair bills/receipts totalling over 5k (my engine rebuild was 2k+)
