5gb of ddr2 memory 4 sale 5x1gb sticks
as above i have this memory for sale as my project fell thru
ill sell each 1gb stick for £60 +p&p
or all 5 sticks for £250inc postage
pc2-4300 533mhz 240pin (128x64)
these are high grade parts
the chips aint the old soldered type
they are the style of chips that u find in mobile phones, the ones that look glued on the pcb
when in fact they are soldered directly under the chip
all are new and sealed up with hologram stickers on tehm

To give you some useless info.
Those chips are known as BGA's ( Ball Grid Array)
In fact these are actually still soldered on, but now it is done through a grid of small ***** of solder under the chip, they get more joints and faster speeds by using these "chips"
I programme the machines that build these memory modules.
