Smile AVO coilovers for sale..

My old AVO's for sale.
The rears need a rebuild and they look a bit sad overall, but have the right springs on and the fronts are good too.
They have done 12K miles only.
They are NOT spine jarring and all that!

Looking for £100 plus post unless you pick-up.

Would swop for a decent CD player for my classic.

Graham.

I've got a kenwood single CD player and Alpine amp laying about, if you'd consider them mate? Wouldn't mind the drive down south to meet you either?

Can't remember what model of Kenwood it is though. But i DO remember it's a "mask" system.

For what AVO charge for a re-con (bugger all!) this is a VERY cheap set of coilovers guys, and with the right spring rates too

It's a Kenwood KDC-5080R and the amp is an Alpine MRV-T707.

Guys,
Don't wanna tread on toes but I have a pioneer head unit with 6 disc changer which I would be willing to trade. Its about 6 year old but is in top nick and has pre outs etc etc.
If the deal with drb5 falls thru feel free to get in touch.
Cheers
Ritchie.

Sorry:
Going for the money to aid the gearbox fund.
Somewhat surprised at the response but potential buyer travelling tonight to see/pay cash.

Remember these units need a re-build.

They are however a good ride on the road and can be made servicable for about an extra £100 or so (I think).

The guy coming over is the first one to approach me, I will only do these things on a first come first served basis.
If he chooses to refuse then I will contact the next etc.
It has taken this long because I have been working/racing frantically over the last week.

I have been the recipient of this situation before and you can feel very cheated.

The AVO's are NO patch on the real deal, AST's.

They will go for £100 cash no less (and no more!) and need work.

I certainly would not slap them onto my car as they stand!

Just being honest and open.

Graham.
