i have upgraded my brakes and these wheels no longer fit over them ?

i have now got large 6 pots but i think these should fit over 4 pots but dont quote me on it ?

the wheels are fully balenced and fitted with brand new nankang rubber 215-45-17

they are not for the shy as they are painted day glow orange !!!! pics do not do the colour justice
