No worries, driving a highly modded green classic, with 20g,2.5ltr. Monster scoob, but fancy a change. And although a drop in performance I fancy an Elise or S2000. Wana do a deal

The S2000 is a Damn site more practical than the elise as well. But no doubt the Elise would give the perception of speed more, and feel like a hard core race car. Swings and round abouts, but would guess the S2000 is a good all round reliable package, and a better proposition as a daily driver. I would be tempted with the supercharger conversion though on the S2000.

I like the package you can get for the elise putting your engine into an elise. Package price is about 12K just for the conversion and say another 10-12K for a good base elise but then it starts to get a bit silly, and might as well get a VX220 turbo and do a AMD stage 2 conversion on it. Mmmmm Nice.

Guess I will have to be content with 380bhp and 380ft/lb torque in a family 4 door saloon for now, and get a toy sometime in the future. I miss my MX5turbo which was RR'd at 205bhp, and the guy that brought it from me finished the job and took it to a dynoed 300bhp. Now that must have been fun. Wheel spin any gear in the dry unless traction control was switched on.
