PowerEngineering mappable MY98 PPP ECU
I've just had an aftermarket ECU fitted, so my old ECU is up for sale.
It was originally a standard PPP ECU from a MY98 Impreza Turbo 2000, I had it upgraded by PowerEngineering (PE) with one of their daughter boards so the ECU is now fully mappable by PE http://www.powerengineering.co.uk.
After the ECU was removed from my car, PE removed my custom map and loaded their stage two map which runs 1.2bar boost and should give a good power gain over the standard ECU depending on other mods.
Whoever buys this I would recommend contacting PE to discuss the cost of either having the ECU mapped to your car or just having it rolling roaded to check all is running smoothly.
NOTE: You may also need you immobiliser re-programme to take this new ECU.
£260.00 including overnight delivery by courier to any UK address.

John, I just spoken to PE and they said that it should work as long as you have the same number of plugs connecting your exsisting ECU.
The only query they had was the emobiliser code which is programmed into the ECU they weren't sure if it would need resetting/reprogramming or if this emobiliser coding only applies to UK cars?
Chris Todd is the man to speak to if you want to ask him anything about this ECU.
Thanks
Pete
