VW Golf TDi Mark 4 115bhp model
Volkswagen Golf mark 4. 5 door.
TDI (115bhp model)
Black metallic paint, Sept 2001 reg (51 plate)
1903 miles 30/10/01
5427 miles 24/11/01
11,124 miles 21/01/02
21,160 miles 11/04/02
29,240 miles 08/06/02
40,452 miles 11/09/02
50,669 miles 14/01/03
61,069 miles 01/10/03
70,928 miles 15/05/04 (inc brake fluid change)
81,631 miles 07/05/05
91,285 miles 21/01/06
74k of that mileage was done up and down the M3. 2 owners from new (me 1st and my partner 2nd). 95k miles but serviced relentlessly (by VW main dealers) as and when necessary (see above). New rear brake discs and pads fitted 27/09/05 at 86805 miles and 2 new tyres. Front discs and pads changed in 2005 but cant find the invoice!
Tinted windows and EBC green stuff front pads are the only mods. Has 6 disc autochanger, electronic climate control, alcantara seat trim, 5 door model. 6 speed manual gearbox, child locks, airbags, seatbelt pre-tensioners, usual VW trip computers etc. Loads I've missed I'm sure but if you know the spec you'll know whats forgotten!
Regularly achieves 50mpg and 500 miles+ per tankful of fuel.
Has never seen a car wash, always cleaned and waxed using Swissol products from day one.
Old MOT valid from Sept 29th 2004 at 75,833 miles.
This years MOT valid UNTIL September 28th 2006 and the mileage at that stage was 86,805
Currently taxed until 03/07.
There are a few stone chips on the bonnet but after all those motorway miles its not really a surprise (I blame the gritters myself!)
