Answer to previous questions,
No it has'nt had a re-map.These type r actually have more bhp than stated, its just when made in japan they have to put down 280 bhp to keep within the strict laws over there. I have a power readout of 304 bhp from a month ago at teg motorsport rolling road.
Regarding the aircon, i took it off a couple of years ago, as i did'nt ever use it, so less strain on the engine and less weight aswell, have kept all the aircon parts etc if it is required to be put back on.
Never had an engine re-build or any body work, everything is totally original.
Thanks for the interest, just needs a good home now.

I think the question on whether its had a remap is not wanting to know a bhp figure, its more to do with being remapped for uk fuel.......
Good luck with sale, and free bump.
P.s silver is quite a rare colour for the sti type r

Hi, always has been run on optimax and nf octane booster,or super unleaded until optimax came out. Better to be safe than sorry. Hope this info helps.
Can't stress how nice this car is to drive etc, personally i think the type R is the best scooby i've owned, will be sorry to see it go.

A rare 2 door at this price, come on everyone, a great chance to own such a rare beast. My pride and joy for past 5 years, its wanted for nothing. Well cared for car by a mature owner. The next owner will not be dissapointed.
