It quite sad for me to do this, but I dont have much choice
I really need to rehome one of my dogs, as they no longer get on together
He is a lovely dog, a Black Lab / Collie cross, his mother is full pedigree Black Lab, and the father is a Chocolate 50% Lab/Collie
He does have a slightly mad exciteable streak, and is better to be homed to someone without small children, he is slightly clumsy tends to like to use his whole body weight to jump up for affection etc
He is 12 months old, chipped and registered
I really dont want him to go to a rescue centre etc, and would rather him go to someone on here, and would like to know how he is getting on etc
Here are a few pics of him as a young pup, the last pic is the latest pic I have of him, taken about two weeks ago

Cheers mate, it will be gutting to see him go, but I dont see any other option realistically
I was gutted to see him go last week, but then I got him back again, and now having to let him go again, it cant be easy for him either

Castration should calm him down a bit all round mate, can also save trouble later on in life. Most of our dogs have been done at some point in there life an he is prob about the right age to have it done. One of the lads in work has just got a golden retriever and he is taking it to classes - he has took all his dogs and he reckons it works wonders, its out wigan way somewhere. I can get you the details if you like? I would be interested mate but been single again and workin 12 hour shifts 4 on 4 off isnt really fair on him

i think its down to a bad choice of 2 guard dogs , knowin they wouldnt mix ,
but they do protect the house !!!!

I dont have dogs but thought I would suggest something..
What about keeping both dogs but taking them to some doggy training school and train them to like each other. Does this not work with dogs...
I probably am wrong but not being a dog owner, what would I know.
