HKS HIPER, to fit classic Impreza Turbo
HKS Hiper 3" centre section and back box, 5" tailpipe i think, maybe 4.5". nice and loud, is an early 'pre-noise reducing bung' type. £175 inc p&p

HKS Hiper (Classic Impreza)
What condition are the centre pipe and backbox in ?
I bought my 97 with a Hyper Muffler fitted (the receipt's from 99).
It looks like the car has done 60,000 since then .
The mild steel pipe coming into the stainless muffler has just rusted in two places and the mid section has a 3 inch split next to the expanded woven steel section in the mid-pipe .

its in pretty good condition, there`s rust on the welds but it doesn`t look like its ready to give up yet by any means, other than the backbox and tailpipe which are stainless the rest of the system is made from aluminised steel which takes longer to rot than mild steel. The only bad things are a scrape to the bottom of the backbox due to a steep driveway, but you cant see it when its fitted, and the gasket between the backbox and centre section fell apart when i removed the exhaust off my old car so it`ll need a new one of them, or some exhaust paste
