Tony, I'd put it on ebay without hesitation- they really do sell well.
I sold my last Hydraulic clubman for just £80 less than I paid for it new, and it was two years old!!!
List it a couple of days before a bank holiday weekend, then everyone racing that weekend thats forgotten to book a trailer is at your mercy
