Newshape STI wheels with super grippy tyres
I had to buy these from AlanBell at Scoobyshootout because the scrutineers wouldn't pass my rather bald track tyres.
I haven't really had a close look at them yet but they have no curbing and look to be in generally good condition. The tyres are Dunlop Super Sports with little use (about 5-6mm tread) and I have to say they are the most grippy stuff I have ever driven on. I was trying my best to get sideways with an inch of rain all over the track but it just stuck fast.
They had £350 on the price tag but he kindly let me have them for £320 because thats all a cash machine would let me have and I was desperate. I only ended up doing 3 laps on them and that was in the pouring rain so still have the same amount of tread. I just want my money back so £320
Will be taking them to JAE if any wants them there.
