I have original exhaust manifold from my 97UK car, swapped out for an OEM ported / flowed manifold. With the flowed manifold and a Miltek sports cat system I got a genuine 35bhp more.

I was flowing my original castings to sell on as I'm very happy with mine, you keep torque low down unlike many expensive tubular manifolds and there are very good gains to be had over standard.

However the link pipe is broken I found this out when I done quite a lot of work on the other parts. So parts available are :

Nearside casting - has been ported.

Link pipe - scrap

Offside casting part flowed - needs more work

Up pipe part flowed - needs more work

All above are free to anyone who wants to collect - I'm in Watford. I have the old gaskets too so you can see the benefit of the work done and what needs to be finished.

If no one wants them they will be going to the tip.
