Delivery Mileage STi8 UK Short Engine
I have a delivery mileage STi8 short motor for sale, in as new condition.
It has covered 34 miles and was removed from a new car which was prepared for rallying by Town End Garage.
It's a UK engine, with a semi-closed block and forged pistons (not the hypereutectic ones, as used in the later engines)
I bought it with the intention of using it as a base for a rebuild of the girlfriend's MY00, but have now had a 2.35 built instead - Hence the reason it's now up for sale
If you've had a big-end or piston failiure in your Impreza, then this could be what you need - It's certainly cheaper than having a rebuild, and may be an 'upgrade' - depending on your engine spec.
Looking for £1200 ono. for it.
It will need to be collected from me - I'm based near High Wycombe, Bucks
