History – bought escort off my mechanic mate for £350 with no tax as a hack to run around in whilst my scoob had a new engine put in it.
Scoob soon to be ready and just have acquired an Omega (just in case) So escort needs to go.

Seriously – It’s a white ford escort diesel (non turbo) 5dr hatchback.
Mileage 123,000, taxed until dec, mot until dec.
Tyres good, new exhaust, glow plugs, fuel filter, alternator and other stuff.
Electric windows, sunroof, alloys (bit scuffed).
Inside is very clean, has some surface rust on the rear arches, the only faults I can find are, the blower doesn’t work but you get hot air coming through and also I think one of the rubber engine mounts has popped off so you get a clunk when you pull away, but it still drives fine.

The best bit is it starts every time and does about 50mpg I put £20 in every 2/3 weeks


I bought it for £350 without tax and would be looking for £350 inc Tax.
