The interior is very clean and as would be expected from a low mileage car, and the dash is far better than the older models. It’s worth the extra.

I know how you feel. However, be smart about your comments face to face with prospective buyers. Don't forget he probably thinks your £12,300 comment is simply an opening gambit although his starting bid of £11k is hardly going to get any goodwill on your part. You never know, he could have come back with a better offer after thinking it over a bit longer?
Anyway, stick with it, you'll get your price in the end especially with such a mint looking car.
