Default Peugeot 205 1.9 GTi Track Car - Road Legal

1987 205 GTi 1.9 8v ( E reg )
1 month tax, 8 months MOT.
113k miles, but sound engine.
K&N induction. Peugeot Sport GpN exhaust system.
New battery, new HT leads, new plugs, oil changed every 2nd trackday.
New gear oil.
New clutch cable.
New Rad.
OMP 10pt Cage, bolted into welded in mounting points
OMP upper front strut & OMP lower front strut
KONI susp, springs with spare set of lower uprated springs, Poly bushes, GpA or N solid rear susp mounts, Refurbed rear beam
White speedlines (x5)
2x cobra buckets
2x 4pt 3" sparco harnesses
rear brake bias valve in car by handbrake
hand held fire extinguisher

COMES WITH:
4 spare TSW's with track tyres (new yoko's on two)
2 spare rear beams (1.9 GTi & 1.6 GTi)
Spare discs & pads

The car was bought 2.5 years ago off ebay as an MOT failure. It had a seized rear beam, cracked windscreen, no horn, and some corroded brake pipes.
The car sat unused for about 8 months before we decided what to do with it. Track Car!
The interior has all been removed. Carpets, roof lining, door cards etc… all gone. It still has a dash though, but no stereo!
The track car was built up over the winter 05, and MOT'd in April this year. A new rear beam was fitted, a new windscreen, new rear brake pipes, with in car bias adjusters and a horn (from a skyline ) were fitted. The electrics were also sorted out to the lights/indicators. This is a ROAD LEGAL TRACK CAR!!!
The car has been used on aprox 5 or 6 trackdays so far this year. Only problem it had was when I snapped the clutch cable. The end of the cable fired off, and punctured the radiator. Hence new cable and rad above!
The bodywork – Its not the best, but isn't the worst. The is a small dent in one of the front wings, some scratches on the bonnet, and some rough paint round the rear arches were I treated some light rust bubbling before it took hold.
PS…. This is a girlies track car… so wont have suffered as much abuse

BTTT for a great looking car

I would be very interested but for the fact we already have a BMW track car, & like you say, we dont need two....

For anyone thinking of a cheap track car, this should fit the bill.... Good luck for the sale
