Kettler Weight lifting bench with barbells, dumbells etc
This is very embarassing but I bought a Kettler bench and some weights last year to exercise my shoulder after my bike accident.
Needless to say I couldn't be bothered and like most home exercise equipment it has only been used a maximum of 10 times.
The bench is exactly the same as the pictures below and the weights consist of:
4x 1.25kg
4x 2.5kg
6x 5kg
2x 7.5kg
2x 14" Dumbell
1x 6ft Barbell
6x spin locks
I forget how much I paid but a quick Froogle suggests that the bench new is about £140 and the weights about £50.
If someone can collect them from Camberley, Surrey I will accept £100 as I now need the space.

Forgot to say, the weights are made by Marcy and are the same style as the ones in the picture above ie- metal
