its black mate.. I'll put the pics up for everyone to see as soon as im back to my computer tomorrow.. Its done 2400 miles on the new engine. I forgot to mention its had the gearbox reconditioned less than 12 months ago too. I'll have to check how many miles its done in total (i'll let you know when i put the photos up).
Thanks
Pete

Getting a bit more interest now. This has got to be a bargin. Theres another one for sale on here for pretty much the same money and it hasn't got any of the decent parts this one has!! This car has been modified sensibly with all the mods that are on it only being added after having plenty of advice of the best respected tuners. A lot of them post on this board!!
Come on i want to sell this to an enthusiast so i will know its being well looked after. I have put a lot of time and money into this car and it shows when you drive it

It was rebuilt by a company local to me in Bath. Its based in Westbury and called M and J engine services. They did a really good job and it was even commented on at the time of mapping that it seemed like a really good engine.
The company has a brilliant reputation in the area and they specialise purely in rebuilding engines and engine work.
At the time of the rebuild the block was replaced, the cylinder heads were replaced, forged pistons were fitted and an stil crank was used. Also the majority of the gaskets etc came from Graham Goode racing. It has uprated head gaskets fitted too (triple layer steel cometic headhaskets)

Well this has been about for a while and tonight its sat in my garden :-)

With all the cash spent on this i think it just needs a breath of fresh air (new front end and complete re-spray!!)....

Had a rear blow-out on the way home from collecting her (fortunatly i am a sensible driver so no drama) but pissed me off as the 2 rears have recently been replaced!!!!...

anyway AWSOME to be back in a SCOOB again...

Thanks Pete TOP BLOKE!...

Yeah i feel bad about the blow out. The only reason i can think is maybe because its been sat still for a while but wouldn't expect this! I'll try and find the reciept and if i can't get onto the supplier for you to see if we can get something done.
Hope you enjoy it mate and sounds like you've got good plans for it!
Thanks everyone for the nice comments and glad we sorted it out in the end so its gone to a good home!
