Hello all,

I have a UK Turbo 2000 in racing green, R Reg with 120,000 on the clock. Due to someone keying the passenger side doors and boot the bodywork needs a bit of attention, there is also one bit of rust on one of the rear wheel arches.

Now the good points, there are receipts for over £12,000 worth of work done to this car. It has a prodrive kit and quick shift gearbox on it so drives like a dream. A new clutch was fitted at just under 100,000 miles.

I paid £3800 for this car last december and I have just paid £300 for a new set of tyres which have under 50 miles use.

Can someone let me know how much they think I may be able to get for my car. I am open to sensible cash offers and possible Part exchange.

Hope someone can help me out.

Unfortunately I would have said about 3k, but the market is dreadfull and desperate 99 owners are willing to let go for not much more.
All that means that realistically, you could expect to get between 2k, and 2.5k.

Thank you for your reply, even with my car having the prodrive kit and the uprated gear box I would only look to get 2-2.5k??? that is a bit disappoiting to say the least. Oh well may have to keep her.

if its had over 12k spent on it im guessing its been modified a bit, try selling some of the parts off to recuperatea bit of money just an idea

Apart from the prodrive pack and the uprated gearbox which cost a lot of money, most of the money has been spent on services and parts.
