The kit is from a Japanese company (Prova). In the manual is writen excactly
''The kit is designed specifically for the 2002-03 WRX (bug eye) model. The power steering pulley on this model is not removable by simply unbolting it. It requires the pulley to be pressed off with a special tool. On the models pre and post 02-03 a spline system is used to hold the pulley on. The power steering pulley is for models with splines 2003-current have a diametre which allows them to still use this adaptor system and therefore this pulley set. However the early model such as yours has a narrow diameter spline making it not suitable because it spins freely when installed. The alternator and the crank pulley is the same for all models''
