I am considering selling my WRX for an STI.

It has approx. 20K miles on it. (10 months old)
X reg. It has all the little extras on it:
front splitter,
rear diffuser,
side flares (All externals, colour coded)
17inch wheels,
Prodrive back box,
clear front and side repeaters.

Nice fast motor.
Despite what people say about the MY01 being slow, ive hit 0-60 in under 5.5 secs and thats with 2 people in and a full tank.
0-100 in just over 14 secs, and thats without the PPP.

Now that not bad for a slow ungly car. :-)

How much do any of you think it is worth now?
I paid, if i can remember 23.5K -24K, i think!! that is with the extras from subaru added.

Would really appreciate getting a price on this as am considering going the same route. Will have to keep WRX a bit longer if silly prices are being talked about. Sorry for jumping on your thread but news of your progress would be appreciated.

Thats ok i'll keep you informed. I visited the dealer earlier and he said he would part ex it for around 17.5K. That was a figure i quoted to him, not really thinking. He jumped at the price, which leads me to think that it could be sold for alot higher. Im looking for around 20K.

If dealers are talking these trade in figures i'm amazed. I've a DBM with only 7K on the clock and if i could get £17K i'd go for it. Not wanting to sound like a smart @rse but usually the bits we add don't enhance trade in value too much. Thanks for the reply and best of luck to you!
