Mechanical boost control valves.
These valves come with stainless steel adjuster+ball with a nicely machined brass body and quality brass hose nozzles.
Note:This is NOT a bleed valve! It controls turbo boost pressure much more accurately with little or no spiking.
These valves offer far superior boost control when compared to bleed and flow restrictor/reducer valves.
I have a manual boost controller for sale, as new, similar to dawes device.
It is very simple to install (just 2 connections) and unlike other prv's this valve can be easily adjusted without having to remove the pipework etc.
It is also very discrete and pretty small so the valve can be hidden quite easily.
This boost controller is based on a ball and spring mechanism. A simple turn of a screw is all it takes to lower or raise the boost. The valve also releases the wastgate pressure when its not running positive boost pressures. This enables the wastgate to be totally shut each time there is positive boost pressure in the system-reducing lag.
It is recomended that you only use this valve after fitment of a turbo boost gauge(for safety reasons/engine reliability.
would like £10 delivered for it.
paypal accepted
