I have to agree with the above mate,top trade book price is only 11k(and dealers are offering £1000 behind book),so an extra £1500 for a private sale is about all you would probably get,it's not meant to offend,people are just trying to help you with your sale...................there are others that will tell you it's worth what you are asking and more...................but they are not the ones putting their hands in their pockets to buy it

Patience is the key. Others tend to run the price down and look to the "bible" that is parkers and the like (which we all know is in no way a true reflection of the market price).
RMA26 has been looking for near on 12 months for an sti8 and I've been to see a few with him. The ones that are priced in line with the trade books tend to be up on miles and dogs. The ones that have been looked after sell sooner rather than later.........I've seen his disappointment enough times!!

i would not sell it for less than £13000 as i only got it august 2006 and it cost me £16000
i have had loads off interest just when people try getting insurence quots ....... thats the end off that lol

Ins co paid me out £14770 in Oct for mine identical to yours . Hang in there. Was offered £13500 for it days before I crashed it. (blessing in disguise I crashed it!!)
