Having to sell my pride and joy of a beast due to mortgage commitments and lack of funds for anything else including running the car!!
The reason for the new engine; the 4 engine let go just 2 weeks after I brought it (how unlucky can one person be). The car went to a local performance specialist for who advised the engine was beyond repair. An EVO 6 GSR engine was obtained with just 18k on the clock and duly fitted with a full service including cam belt and airflow meter.
The car has been dyno tested with full bill of health and 286bhp / 315 lbs per ft torque.
