Default MY 1996 P Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IV GSR

Hi guys

Posting this on behalf of my brother who isn't a member on here:

He is selling the car due to a planned house move and cannot afford to keep it. therefore she is up for sale.

The details:

1996 (P) Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 4 GSR in Scotia White in very good condition inside and out

Comes in the rally livery theme based on the 1997 Rally Monte Carlo car driven by Richard Burns. The car was previously owned by another Lancer enthusiast, who took the car to NR Autosport for servicing and various modifications (NR are a respected Evo specialist)

She has just notched 72k miles on the clock, (example of use - MOT certificate for August 2004 shows 59k - so below average miles. I myself have done about 2000 miles since purchase.)

MOT until November 2007 and taxed until the end of May'07

Has a full HPI Check Certificate too - done by previous owner. 8-)

The car has been well maintained including:

Full service in May 2006 (69k miles), this included Engine (Motul 10w40 Fully Syn), Gearbox, Transfer Box and Rear Diff (All Silkolene Syn5). (Receipt)

New Exedy Organic Fast Road Clutch fitted in May 2006 (69k) with New OE Mitsi Flywheel. (Receipt)

New Clutch Master and Slave Cylinders fitted, with new fluid throughout. (Receipt)

AYC flush done on 15 May (again 69k miles) with Mitsi receipt - slight leak was found from rear diff but rectified (loose fill plug). (Receipt)

DENSO Iridium Spark Plus

Nearly new Front EBC Disks and Ferodo Pads.

Modifications:

17" Enkei WRC Tarmac Forged Alloys (Extremely Rare!!) with Falken FK452 Rubber
Tein RA Strut Coilovers all round with Tein front top mounts (Setup at NR Autosport - car handles extremely well!!)
Fujitsubo 2.5" exhaust with 4.5" Silencer and Decat
HKS SSQV Dump Valve
GBE Manual Boost Controller running at 1.0 bar at the moment.
Lamco gauges (Boost and Volts work, oil temp doesn't - requires sender I think)
Walboro Uprated Fuel Pump
Tommi Makinen Front Strut Brace
Rear Strut Brace
Full Livery with Sprayed Rear Spoiler
Ralliart Mudflaps
Clifford Cat 1 Alarm/Immobiliser with Certificate (Turbo Timer built in).
Hard Pipe kit comes included with battery relocation tray (not fitted)
I'm looking for £6500 ONO

Bad Points
Starter is a little noisy when disengaging.
Clutch springs rattle on lift off (normal for exedy organic, but just so you know)

I can say on behalf of my brother that the car is superb, drives very well and is amazing to see in the flesh. Well worth the money in my honest opinion, she's just looking for a good home.
