sorry to question , but how come you get noise - I've got the same thing on my car and I dont notice any noise at all from it, unless this is the nolise I hear and not the airfilter - but then the overall noise is quiet!

£50 is an absolute bargain folks - they are around £150 brand new

Its the noise of the valve when you lift off and it opens. I love it as it makes a chattering type sound bit like the WRC

Hey mate have you still got it for sale and will it fit a STi version 4 Type R and do you need a fitting kit aswell

Unsure if it will fit an STI. IT bolts straight onto the intercooler, and as the STI has a different one I would suspect No.

If your dump valve is mounted on your intercooler then yes it will fit, but I believe that it's only STI5/6 cars!

Probably won't fit! Sorry

Bugger but thanks for the info Always wanted the chatter of a rally car sound and the whistle youg et from a dump valve if any of you got any ideas on how to achieve the chatter from the waste gate would be interested in hearing from you and also interested in anyone who has a dump valve that sounds not too loud but definitely noticeabl. Thanks
