2.0 block relinered to 2.2 by SMG
Lateral Wiseco custom pistons with uprated pins
ZEN H-Beam forged rods
ACL duraglide bearings
New EJ20 crank
Cometic Head Gaskets
ARP 12mm head studs
Fully Ported V4 heads including clave throats and inlet guides
All valve seats recut with 3 angle seats etc
Standard UK camshafts
Shimmed Oil pump rebuilt and inspected
6>6.5 bar on cruise
4.5 bar oil pressure at idle with Millers 10w60
Also included in the sale will be the following
4 x vernier pulleys
1 x camshaft sensor
1 x new crankshaft sensor
1 x Phase 1.5 manifold which is currently rotated
All new gaskets etc used on the build
Magnecor Ignition Leads KV85
MY98 Coil Pack
NGK racing 8's
Baffled standard sump
Oil cooler modine
Modified 440 cc injectors circa 850cc
- 6 fuel rails complete with SARD adjustable reg and -6 aeroquip pipework
Modified Cambelt covers to enable easy viewing and adjustment of verniers
Lightweight Crank Pulley with no air con ribs
GFB power steering and alternator pulleys in silver
Power steering pump including relocation kit
1 x Alternator
Bracketry etc for rotated inlet
1 x Phase 1.5 throttle body

There is possibly more bits aswell but to be honest all I want to do is sell the
whole lot complete, this engine with different cams is a solid 500bhp engine
and has performed faultlessly since it was built by Paul @ ZEN Performance.
The engine was plastigauged and all tolerances were checked during the build
process and I can provide any relevant info upon request.
I would prefer to sell as a complete setup as it is ready to go in and run, I have
spent many hours making it look right and as such everything is either new or
cleaned and powder coated.
I think the whole lot cost somewhere in the region of £4500 and am looking for
sensible offers in or around £3400. Given that a sensible rebuild would cost
anywhere between £2200 > £3000 I think the above represents very good value for
money. The engine has covered no more than 3000 miles and was run in for circa
700 miles and has seen no more than 1.5 bar on a GT35.
