Rally school trip for sale!!!!
Hi everyone!
As some of you can probably remember, i won a rallyschool driving course, at the NBO last year.
It was valid for 12 months in June, but i haven't managed to go on it.
Unfortunately i cannot make it, what with my shifts and the baby's oncoming arrival!
it's worth about £300, and i only want £150.
it's for a FULL DAY - mintex national combined course mark II (am) then Gp N Subaru (pm).
the list of dates available are
April 11th 25th
May 9th 16th 30th
June 6th 13th
Location is Turweston Aerodrome, Northamptionshire.
I hope it goes to a good home!!!

Chaps - A bit of an unfair suggestion it should go to charity.
It was won fair and square and is Jason's property.
It should be up to Jason without pressure as to what he wants to do with it.
It may be that he will put it to a course when his time allows or even items for the uncoming new arrival coz that will be an expensive time of life.
If you won anything in a charity competion would you expect everyone to put it back to charity if they sold it ??
Sorry but it was a bit of a thread hijack
Dave.
Ps was it a raffle that got the prize in the first place ??

If the lad wants to sell it and keep the money good on him he won the prize
and he should be able to do what he likes, whats it got to do with anyone else.
Do what you want to do.

I won a charity raffle a few years ago, and it was a prize I didn't want, so I put it straight back in the pot to be re-won by someone else. Seemed the thing to do at the time. Making money off a charity won prize is always a grey area where morals and "doing the right thing" are concerned. Personally, I'm not sure that making money off all the hard work Lordharding and the TTS put into the NBO is a good thing to be doing. Then there's the question of how the prize giver is going to see their donation of the rally day being sold off for personal gain. As a business, would you give a prize to the NBO/CHARITY if there was a chance it could end up making someone else money after the event?
Like you say Dave, its his choice, just voicing my opinion, no pressure.
