The ProScan software was developed using Microsoft's .NET Framework v1.1. If your system does not already have v1.1 of the .NET Framework installed, you will need to visit Windows Update and install it.

what leads does it come with, presume the std obd2 but what about others?

Requires a serial lead 9 pin or you can use a 21 pin as I have fitted a 21 to 9 pin adaptor.Can be use from USB as well.
