Rear tyre 05/08/2006 at 23,000 miles
Chain and Sprockets and full service done - 24/06/2006 at about 20k (no mileage on receipt)
MOT 17/05/2006 - passed at 18,756 miles
New tyres and pads 13/03/2006 at 15,855 miles
Bought bike from Honda dealership Chambers of Rochester (now of Maidstone) January 2006
I also have a receipt somewhere proving I had the valve clearances checked in the last 1k miles and they didn't need doing and were with tolerance. Can get a copy of this receipt from garage if required.
I bought the bike in January 2006 with 14k on it from a Honda dealership. I used it for commuting to London on and nothing else and it now has 27k on the clock and those 13k have all been motorway miles.
As you can see from the mileage on the MOT's I haven't used it much in the last 2 years due to buying a 2nd car to use for work which is why I am now selling it. It has been garaged the whole time I have owned it and maintained regardless of cost. This bike has never let me down and exactly why I bought it, for Honda reliability.

Price £2000 ono (Bike is in Maidstone, Kent)
Only selling to make way for another scoob as the bike just isn't being used.

Thanks fellas Advert now on CBR Forum as well as upgraded to premium advert on Pistonheads. The scoob I wanted is probably going to go this weekend so unless I find a quick buyer i'll be waiting a while to find another scoob like the one i've found.

Cheers Puff, looks like its sold to someone through Pistonheads for the asking price He is coming Saturday all the way from Birmingham on the train to ride it back and I had to assure him I wouldn't sell it to anyone else before then. So Saturday hopefully I will be able to start shopping for my next scoob

This will be my 2nd attempt at giving up biking so hopefully it will last a little longer than my 1st attempt. I miss my classic sooo much even still after 4 years (sad I know) and I can use that all year round unlike the bike which has done less than 1k each of the last 2 years.

i had the same bike last year, though mine was yellow/blue, sold it due to lack of use and the wife watching medical channels where there was bikers always on the trolley in full leathers, have to say the scoobs not has quick but does feel a lot safer,
keep thinking about getting another bike now though

I gave up once before and lasted 6 months, hope the scoob is enough for me to give up bikes for good this time. Took it out for a last ride on it today and did think what the hell am I doing but then got behind a classic scoob that had such a huge exhaust on it I couldn't even hear my Akropovic can and thought yep that's what I want
