A friend of mine is returning from the USA on xmas day and he's bringing me back 2 xbox consoles

Its just the console, one controller, rf leads to a uk tv and a copy of Halo.

If you live within travelling distance to Gatwick you can collect from me on xmas day evening, delivery to outlying places will obviously held up due to xmas break.

You will need a step down power converter to change to UK power supply but you can get these from http://www.anotherworld.co.uk approx £15 i think.

The price of this wonderful piece of kit will be £525.

Before the usual peeps jump on and start shouting how much cheaper they are to order direct from usa or from elsewhere, please feel free to call some of the uk importers and check prices and availability.

Only 2 I have tried actually have them in stock and the cost was about £150 more than the above, also buying direct from states will not get here before xmas (trust me, i have another xbox currently waiting for me somewhere between canada and here) plus you run the risk of paying 10% import on invoice price + 17.5% VAT on the whole lot.

So if you want an xbox for some time on xmas day, get in touch now.

This board is full of idiots who try and put down what other people offer on here.. The other day I put up for sale some VR PS2 specs, only been out a week, and i got nuthin but fckin stoopid comments!

no probs Jason, but as i stated feel free to look at the uk importers, another world are charging £600 for console alone, £80 per game plus delivery!!

and they are one of only two companies i could find that had one in the uk and were due to before the new year.

If i could get out to the states and get 'em i would!

well technically you could seeing as its got a built in network port for adsl or modem connection

though quite why someone would want to play camper fest is way beyond me
