I am offering for sale an Alpine amp, JL Audio 15 inch sub, custom built ported box and a 2 farrad power cap.
The Alpine amp is the MRD M1001 V12, 500W RMS at 4 ohms and is stable at 2 Ohms with 1000W RMS. Cost new £550
The JL 15 inch Sub woofer is the JL 15W3V2 - D4, basically means it is a twin 4 Ohm voice coil and is rated at 500W RMS. Can be wired at 2,4 or 8 ohms. Set up now at 4 ohms Cost new £350
The ported box was CNC made twin ported. Dims are 860 wide, 500 high and 450 deep at the bottom with 280 at the top, it is quite a large box suited to a wagon not saloon. Cost new £150
The Power cap is a 2.0 Farrod cap made by Impulse and cost £259 new
This is serious base kit offered for genuine sale. I have not bought this to sell I installed it in a Toyota HiLux Surf, where it stayed for approx 6 months untill I sold the car. Part of the install was sound deadening. Which ended up 3/4 inch, thick four layers in the boot area and still things rattled.
The price is negotiable. I will be willing, if you have an amp installed already to fit the amp and connect up the sub so you can try before you buy. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED! You will have to drive to me for that. If you want to purchase this I can and will, depending on sale price meet you somewhere on the way.

If you own a saloon and want serious base I will sell without the box and you can still come and try with the ported box. You can buy sealed boxes which are considerably smaller. I will give you the name of the place that made my custom box and I'm sure he will make a custom sealed box for you. Standard cheap boxes are not tailered to individual speakers and don't give the best results.
I may consider part x or swap.
I would consider a pair of STI4 heads in excellent condition or a set of four grey alloys 17 inch like, BK Racing BK984 anthracite, or BK238 gold.
