Is this the way insurance companies work on pieces of jewellery of sentimental value

Doesn't seem right to me.

was a totall headache months to settle and in ther mean time we had replaced most of the stuff hence they replaced items i now need to sell

mind you ive got a nice new high spec sony laptop now and i had a 3 yr old one before lol
so kinda makes up for it
