Default X plate 2.5 Classic

Due to work finally offering me a half decent company car it is with regret that i'm putting the scoob up for sale []

It's a 2000 x plate with approx 69000 miles, 2 previous owners with the first being John Banks and previous to me was DRB5 from this site

Previous post can be found here - https://www.scoobynet.com/private-sa...ight=420%2F420

Since getting it i've had the gearbox rebuilt by greer sport as it needed it and drives a lot better since having it done, apart from that and a lot of polish it is as it was when i bought it about 6 months ago. I would love to keep it but i just can't justify having this as a second car that i would rarely use. I have never taken it on track or 1/4 mile, etc. I've just enjoyed driving it and enjoyed the attention it gets daily.

Mods previously done to the car are on the original post but as a reminder here they are again -

ENGINE:-
US STi 2.5 litre block with RCM oil pump and Wiseco pistons
Standard size ARP head studs
Cometic metal head gaskets
Cam belt+tensioner renewed at start of year

Tomei 740cc injectors
Parallel fuel rail mod
NGK BK plugs
Revolution 3 inch decat exhaust with extra silencer(downpipe wrapped)

TOTAL=£15600 +/- a few hundred quid. Labour costs to be added to all,
plus cost of car.

Here's a few recent pics

The car will be available in the next few weeks when my company car arrives

This car is unbelievable to drive! Power/Handling/Braking - everything is better that anything i've ever driven by far and it saddens me to have to sell it but it's worth too much for me to keep it for a couple of days a month

Looking for sensible offers - circa 9k

I knew Rob would be interested!

Loved this car when I owned it and still wish I hadn't sold it.

Best of luck selling her, but you don't need it fella.

Guttted for me, but great news for you - Its a rare old beast, and the right buyer had to come along sooner or later. You will seriously miss it though. The new car company car thing will be great for a few weeks and maybe months but after a short period you will wish you have kept the scoob.
